One more post! Has this ever happened to you? You find an awesome recipe, from pinterest of course, and you make it with the highest expectations and it turns out to be a g BIG flop! Well....that happened tonight! I followed the recipe and even made them with my kids but the meatloaf cupcakes did not go over well in our household! My 3 year old took 1 bite and spit it back on his plate and my 11 year old had to pile extra mashed potatoes on hers to get them to go down! So needless to say I am not sure I will be making these again! I can't even say I was a big fan of them! I didn't get to smother mine in potatoes so I opted for Siracha sauce to get them down too! Boo to epic fail dinners! Here is the link and you can see how sad mine look compared to the blog I got the recipe from! Hers look so much better!
